About This Product

■Back pressure valve

Please use it as a relief valve, safety valve, or siphon prevention valve.

■Features

・This is a back pressure valve with a diaphragm direct-acting structure that is mainly used for liquids such as water and various chemicals, and that operates reliably. ・The spring operating part is completely separated from the wetted part by a diaphragm. Since no metal is used in the wetted parts, there is no need to worry about it being attacked by corrosive chemicals. - Can be installed vertically or horizontally.

・As a safety valve ・As a relief valve ・As a fall prevention valve ・As a siphon prevention valve ・As a differential pressure outflow/backflow prevention valve

■Applications

Especially for oil-free lines and pure water equipment in the electronics industry, semiconductor industry, and other precision industries. ・For acids, alkalis, and various chemicals ・For water treatment plants and factory water treatment plants ・For plating factory, plating liquid piping Setting pressure

■Standard type

15~80A...Possible setting pressure, 0.05~0.33MPaG (0.5~3.4Kg/cm2^G)

■High pressure type

15~25A...Possible setting pressure, 0.34~0.56MPaG (3.5~5.7Kg/cm2^G)

■High performance type

・32~40A...Possible setting pressure, 0.05~0.56MPaG (0.5~5.7/cm2^G) ・50~80A...Possible setting pressure, 0.05~0.36MPaG (0.5~3.7Kg/cm2^G) *Please contact us for pressures other than those listed above. *The high-performance type has a superior blowout flow rate compared to the standard type. *Fine adjustment of ±0.04MPa is possible from the pressure setting above. *For PP and PP+FRP products, the possible setting pressure differs from the above range depending on the size, so please check in advance.
