About This Product

■Bucket strainer

Filters out dirt and foreign matter. Moreover, it has a large capacity. *Various meshes (materials and openings) can be selected.

■Features

-Bucket strainers are designed with a very large filtration area, making them the most suitable for fluid filtration, and the filter tube (element) needs to be cleaned less often than Y-type strainers. -The main body is a cylindrical container with a well-balanced shape, and the dragon-shaped filter tube (element) is usually pulled out upwards, so captured dirt and other impurities can be taken out without spilling. It is easy to handle when cleaning.

■Screen

・The standard screen is polyethylene 40 mesh, but various materials and meshes such as ETFE and Saran are also available upon special order. ・You can change the filter tube to a porous tube of Φ3 or more without using a mesh screen. ・The 881 type packet strainer (different steps) can also be used with mesh finer than 40 mesh.

■Packing

Packing is also available in FKM, PTFE, etc. by special order.

■Special processing

We also manufacture packet type strainers with non-standard dimensions. It is possible to change the position and direction of the fluid inlet/outlet flange, change to the drain/vent flange type, and change the face-to-face dimensions.

■Caution

・Please be careful when using vaporizable liquids such as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and sodium hypochlorite (NaCIO), as they may cause an abnormal increase in pressure due to vaporization. (If used with compressible liquids, it may lead to explosive damage and is extremely dangerous.) - Impact resistance (water hammer, etc.) may cause damage, so please consider measures for piping. In particular, when installing a solenoid valve that opens and closes suddenly, water hammer may occur when it closes suddenly, so please consider the location of the solenoid valve.
