About This Product

■Foot valve

A check valve attached to the end of the suction pipe (lift type)

■Features

The valve body mechanism of the 407 foot valve is such that when the pump is in operation, the two semicircular valve bodies are lifted up around the center hinge pin, and closed in the center to provide sufficient flow with little fluid resistance on both sides. This is a rational foot valve that can be used.When the pump is stopped, the two valve discs gently fall into the valve seat to prevent liquid from flowing backwards.

■Caution

For piping that is prone to impact pressure (water hammer, etc.), consider FRP reinforced pipes.
