The medium-low speed rotation crushing method and unique crushing roll teeth allow for powerful and speedy crushing work. In addition, even when foreign matter gets mixed in, the fractured teeth are less likely to be damaged, greatly increasing durability.
■The crushing roll is automatically controlled in forward and reverse directions for stable crushing.
The fully hydraulically driven crushing roll automatically controls forward and reverse rotation, so it does not place a large burden on the power source and always performs stable crushing work.
■Medium-low speed rotation crushing emphasizes safety and security of work
Since it operates at medium to low speeds, it produces less noise and vibration than high-speed rotation crushers, and generates less dust, reducing the scattering of crushed materials and allowing safe work.
■One-person operation possible using remote control
It can be operated remotely using a remote control (standard equipment), so one operator can perform all operations.
