About This Product

This is a stage system combined with the Keyence LJ-X series. Keyence's ultra-high-definition inline profile measuring instrument LJ-X series is a line profile sensor that can profile one line (up to 510 mm width) with ultra-high precision of 3,200 points.

By combining the COMS stage system with the LJ-X series and moving the measurement sample, it can be imported into the LJ-X series as a 3D image. Additionally, by using the TOOL software that comes with the controller, you can perform measurements in synchronization with the LJ-X series.

■You can easily build a measurement system using the tool software that comes standard with the controller.You can easily save 16 programs similar to G code inside the controller. A program can be started by a signal from an optional switch box or external device, and a trigger signal can also be output to the LJ-X8000, making it easy to build a measurement system.

You can move to a matrix (grid) or register the measurement positions in Excel, and acquire measurement data from the LJ-X8000 for each position and collect it in Excel.
