About This Product
The position controller CP-700M is a pulse motor controller with a built-in 3-axis microstep driver. With linear interpolation function, high-precision interpolation, helical drive, daisy chain function, etc., you can easily build a high-speed, high-precision, multi-axis positioning control system. Various types of control are possible, including direct drive via a USB connection to a computer, independent operation using programs registered to internal memory or commercially available USB memory, and linked operation with external devices.

・Built-in 3-axis microstep driver
・Can drive 5-phase stepping motors from 0.35A to 1.4A/phase
・Equipped with a full-time microstep drive driver that achieves low vibration and noise throughout the entire speed range.
・Multi-axis control of up to 48 axes is possible by connecting multiple units in a daisy chain (up to 9 axes when using standard software)
・Various input/outputs that allow drive control from external devices such as PLC and output of trigger signals synchronized with pulses are possible.
・Setting software that allows you to easily set parameters and create programs from a computer is included as standard.
・Drive programs can be created using NC approximation codes and DXF data, and can be saved to a commercially available USB memory for independent operation.
- Equipped with latch function. Machining programs can be easily designed using the CAD/CAM software OneCNC.
