About This Product

This is a position controller that can freely control automatic stages and electric actuators. With high-speed pulse output, high-precision interpolation function, helical drive, daisy chain function, etc., you can easily build a high-speed, high-precision, multi-axis positioning control system.

Since it is a separate specification that does not include a motor driver, you can control the driver regardless of the type of pulse input type motor, such as stepping, AC servo, or linear. Various types of control are possible, including direct drive via a USB connection to a computer, independent operation using programs registered to internal memory or commercially available USB memory, and linked operation with external devices.

■Features・Supports high-speed drive applications using AC servo motors and linear motors due to high-speed pulse output of up to 4MHz
・Multi-axis control of stepping motor stage is easy by connecting with driver unit CP-D7
- Drive programs can be created using NC approximation codes, and can be saved to a commercially available USB memory for independent operation.
・Equipped with various input/outputs, trigger output, DC power supply, etc. that allow drive control from external devices such as PLC
・Up to 48 axes can be controlled by connecting multiple units in a daisy chain (up to 9 axes when using the attached setting software)
・Setting software that allows you to easily set parameters and create programs from a computer is included as standard.
・Compliant with RoHS directive and CE marking
