About This Product

■Product introductionPrimeSurface® is a low cell adsorption treatment product that utilizes Sumilon's specialty low protein adsorption treatment product (Proteosave® SS) technology. If you culture cells using this container, you can easily form spheroid colonies of cells.

Features
■Easily forms cell aggregates (spheroids)Cell aggregates can be easily obtained by seeding cells in 96- or 384-well plates and culturing them statically.

■Uniform size of aggregatesSince cell adhesion to the culture surface is suppressed, the formation rate of aggregates is high, and cells can be cultured uniformly with even cell morphology.

■Ideal for research on differentiationEmbryoid bodies (EB bodies) can be formed from ES cells and differentiation-inducing reagents can be added as is.

■Ideal for anticancer drug screening using spheroidsThree-dimensional culture allows you to create an environment that is closer to living organisms than traditional monolayer culture.
