About This Product

■Product introduction

BlotGlyco® is a universal glycan pretreatment method that is compatible with various analyzes such as MALDI-TOF-MS, LC-MS, and HPLC. We purify and label sugar chains from crude biological samples such as glycoproteins, blood, cells, tissues, and electrophoretic bands. The hydrazide group of BlotGlyco beads selectively binds to the aldehyde group at the reducing end of the sugar chain, making it easy to remove peptides, surfactants, ionic contaminants, etc. Features

■Purification and labeling completed in about 5 hours

Purification and labeling can be completed in 5 hours in a single spin tube.

■No special equipment required

No special equipment is required other than a heat block and tabletop centrifuge.

■Various label compounds can be used

Traditional fluorescent labeling compounds such as 2AB and PA can be used.

■Compatible with 96-well plate format

Multiple sample processing is possible with a 96-well filter plate and vacuum manifold. Purpose Drug discovery research/bio research

■Glycan analysis
