About This Product

■FeaturesRooftop waterproofing is exposed to wind, rain, and UV rays for many years, and it gradually deteriorates. If left as is, it will lead to water leakage, so periodic waterproofing renovations are required.

Even when it's time to renovate the waterproofing that was installed using the Sunroid DN waterproofing system, customers may find that the budget won't be available right away, or that the building will be demolished in a few years, but if things continue as they are, there might be leaks. For some reason, I would like to continue using the existing waterproofing a little more. ZK Coat was born from the voices of people who wanted to continue using DN tarpaulin sheets in a simple way.

■Waterproof effect life extension (maintenance)ZK coat is applied on aged DN waterproof sheets to form a maintenance layer and extend the life of aged sheets.

■About the deterioration of waterproof sheets and the effects of ZK coat- PVC tarpaulin sheets gradually lose their flexibility due to the effects of wind, rain, UV rays, etc. As the DN tarpaulin ages, it hardens and becomes more prone to cracking.
・ZK Coat contains ingredients that soften the DN tarpaulin sheet, and by applying it, it has the effect of returning the tarpaulin sheet to its previous softness for about 5 years*.

*This is the result of testing the effectiveness of ZK coat using an artificially degraded tarpaulin sheet, and is not a guaranteed value. In reality, the degree of deterioration varies depending on location, weather, and other environmental conditions, and the effectiveness of ZK coating also varies.
