■Product introductionTogether with carrier tape, this tape is used to transport semiconductor packages and electronic components to the surface mounting process.

Features
■Strong enough for high-speed mountingBy using a strong material, the cover tape will not break even if it is peeled with a high-speed mounting machine. (if properly sealed and peeled)

■Wide range of sealing conditionsThe dependence on sealing temperature and sealing pressure is extremely small, making it easy to obtain the desired peel strength.

■Excellent seal stabilityThere is little change in peel strength over time after sealing, making it safe for long-term storage in high temperature, high humidity environments.

■Countermeasures against defects during implementationSumitomo Bakelite offers cover tapes that can prevent products from sticking to the cover tape and from popping out.
