About This Product

Product overview

■Thermosetting polyimide with heat decomposition resistance exceeding 500℃

・Possible to melt process at low temperatures below 100℃ ・Formation of crosslinked network by thermosetting ・10% thermogravimetric reduction temperature is over 500℃ ・Tg can be over 280℃

■Assumed use

Dry mixed composite binder, carbide. It is expected to be used as a highly heat-resistant binder that can be dry mixed with various fillers and fiber raw materials, and as a carbon raw material that takes advantage of its high residual carbon content.
