■Product introductionThis is a high-quality insulating powder coating with excellent workability and safety, and is based on epoxy resin, which has excellent properties such as adhesiveness, heat resistance, electrical insulation, and mechanical strength.

・Film thickness can be adjusted by changing the coating method and conditions.

How to use
■Fluid immersion method・Thick film coating of 200μm to 1mm is possible as it can be repeatedly dipped.
・It is necessary to preheat the object to be painted.
・Suitable for large painted objects and painted objects that require impregnation.

Example) Fixed motor coil, large capacitors

■Fluidized immersion wheel & bed method・Suitable for continuous painting of small parts
Example) Small capacitors
・It is necessary to preheat the object to be coated.

■Electrostatic dynamic immersion method・Suitable for coating between 200 and 500μm
・No need to preheat the object to be coated
・Less powder adhesion to recesses where electric lines of force do not enter
・Suitable for small objects to be painted
Example) Small motor

■Electrostatic spray method (corona gun)・Suitable for 100-200μm coating
・No need to preheat the object to be coated
・Less powder adhesion to recesses where electric lines of force do not enter
・Suitable for large objects to be painted
Example) Large motors, building materials

■Electrostatic spray method (triboggan)・Thin film coating of 30 to 200 μm is possible
・Excellent powder adhesion in recesses due to the absence of electric lines of force
