Our phenolic resin molding materials, which have excellent heat resistance, strength, and electrical properties, have been used for many years in the electronics and industrial materials fields. Our company has over 30 years of experience in meeting the needs of customers such as ``wanting to reduce weight,'' ``wanting to reduce costs by reducing the number of parts assembly and processing steps,'' and ``wanting to increase the degree of freedom in shape and function.'' ■Highly reliable non-ammonia material that minimizes corrosionOur highly reliable non-ammonia materials have extremely low metal corrosion and excellent electrical properties.

■Excellent solder heat resistanceWith heat resistance of over 400℃, it can also be used in high-cycle solder reflow processes for surface mounting.

■High strength non-halo flame retardant material with excellent cost performanceMany thermoplastics sacrifice cost and strength to achieve non-halo flame retardancy. Our transformer bobbin materials have excellent cost performance and are both high strength and non-halo flame retardant. Major grades have also obtained UL1446B class insulation system.

■Tracking resistance compatible with CTI:250VCompatible with CTI (Comparative Tracking Index) 250V and strength, compatible with high frequency and high voltage electronic components.

■Commutator materials that realize low noise and long life of motorsIt has excellent strength, heat resistance, moisture resistance, and dimensional stability, and contributes to improving rotational fracture strength and reducing unevenness between one side, thereby reducing motor noise and brush wear. It also has excellent workability, making slitting, shaft press-fitting, and fusing easy.

■High reliabilityHeat resistance, strength, shape retention, and good creep properties at high temperatures that exceed thermoplastic engineering plastics
