About This Product

■Quality

Our UL/cUL common insulating vinyl tube is an electrically insulating vinyl tube that has obtained UL and cUL standards and is manufactured based on these standards and has excellent flame retardancy and heat resistance.

■Applications

Electrical insulation, protection, identification, etc. of electrical equipment, measuring instruments, communication equipment, devices, etc.

■Revised RoHS Directive 10 substances

Manufactured with raw materials that are not intentionally used. Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EU) ・Cadmium and its compounds ・Lead and its compounds ・Mercury and its compounds ・Hexavalent chromium compounds ・PBB (polybrominated biphenyl) ・PBDE (Polybrominated diphenyl ether) ・DEHP (bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate) [DOP (dioctyl phthalate)] ・BBP (benzylbutyl phthalate) ・DBP (dibutyl phthalate) ・DIBP (diisobutyl phthalate) *Regarding the four additionally regulated substances, we will comply with those manufactured after July 22, 2019.

■Marking

The following characters are printed continuously on the surface of the tube. ・For 300V -F- E55011 VW-1 YET-300H YAMAICHI 105℃ PVC TUBING ・For 600V -F- E55011 VW-1 YET-600H YAMAICHI 105℃ PVC TUBING *Production without marking is also possible. However, there may be no markings for small diameter items of AWG No. 10 to 20.
