About This Product

The GK-2000 visual inspection system is an online visual inspection system that consists of a CCD line camera, image input board, image processing board, inspection program, and computer. It inspects products for defects in real time, and when a defect is detected, it outputs a signal to an external device and saves the defect image and information. By being able to save defect images, you can visually confirm the detection of defects. It is computer-based, low-priced, and can be customized according to usage and budget. Taking advantage of the features of line sensors, it can be used in fields that require high resolution and high speed processing.

・Low-cost computer-based visual inspection equipment ・Select the standard version, high-performance version, or low-priced version of the system configuration depending on the application ・Can process multiple cameras in parallel ・Compatible with digital high-speed cameras ・Free parameter setting by program - Images and information of defective parts can be saved and displayed on a map.

■Application

Visual inspection of products for scratches, dirt, etc. ・Inspection of sheet products such as paper, boards, and films ・Inspection of cylindrical products such as rods, cans, pipes, etc.

■Image input board

・PCI bus LVDS: APC-3310A/B (Aval data) ViperDigital (DALSA), etc. ・PCI bus CameraLink: APC-3310CL (Aval Data), X64-CL (DALSA), etc. ・PCI-Express bus CameraLink: APX-3316 (Aval data) etc.

■Inspection program PRG-17

PRG-17 is a program for inspecting continuous sheet products. The data input from the camera and image input board is image-processed on the host PC and the results are output. It measures the size of the defect (length, width, area) from the input data and makes a pass/fail judgment. When a defect is detected, it outputs a signal to the outside and saves the defect image and defect information.
