■Features
・A fully automatic magnetic particle detection device with a built-in image processing device and marking device.
- Simultaneously detects flaws in the longitudinal direction (L) and circumferential direction (T), making inspection more efficient.
- The flaw map data is output by dividing the billet into units of 100 mm in the longitudinal direction (L) and 20 mm in the circumferential direction (T).
・Flaw detection speed can be up to standard 40m/min (maximum 60m/min).
