About This Product

■Features

- Ideal for flaw detection of all materials, iron and non-metallic. ・No equipment required, ideal for partial flaw detection of large structures and flaw detection of welded parts.

■Product description

Marktec's dye penetrant flaw detection agent is popularly known as ``Super Check.'' We have aerosol and canned products available depending on the application and purpose. In addition, aerosols for general materials (U-ST series) include jumbo size (600 type) developers and cleaning agents.

■Applications

・Metal materials: Defects found on the surface of rolled products, forged products, cast products, welded parts, etc. ・Non-metallic materials: Defects found on the surface of ceramics, glass, plastics, etc.

■Product specifications

・Capacity: 450 type aerosol, 1L can, 4L can, 18L can ・Sales unit: case unit ・Packaging: 12 aerosol cans per 4 boxes, 1L cans per 12 cans, 4L cans per 4 cans, 18L cans per 1 can ・Compliant standards: JIS-Z-2343-2, JIS-Z-2343-5, JIS-Z-2343-6 ・Fire Service Act: Class 4, Type 3 petroleum (water-insoluble liquid)
