Electromagnetic vibrating sieve separator MS-200
■Features
・The combination of a powerful electromagnet, a special plate spring, and a metal diaphragm enables quiet sorting tests without vibrations.
・Since strong shock-like vibrations are applied to the sieve from above and below, there is little clogging of the mesh, and the vibration frequency is always constant depending on Hz, and the strength of the amplitude can be freely adjusted by adjusting the voltage.
・Usually, the operating time is set using a timer and the machine runs continuously until the time is up, but in order to prevent the sample from causing resonance with the sieve mesh, it is equipped with an interval mechanism that stops the machine momentarily and vibrates again after 0.5 seconds.
- The standard sieve is designed to use a diameter of 200mm, but other sizes can be used by using an adapter.
