The high-strength design helps prevent occupational accidents for workers and improves the overall safety of the working environment.
■Structure that meets safety standards
The parts are designed to accommodate a worker's leaning load of 588N/m, and have passed safety standards through strength tests. The panel is a mesh panel based on JIS B 9718 safe distance to prevent upper and lower limbs from reaching the danger area.If the distance from the fence to the danger source is 120mm or more, 23mm x 100mm, 850mm or more away. If there is, it will be 50mm x 100mm.
■On-site assembly method
Pillars can be moved freely on site as long as they are within 2m apart, and mesh panels can be processed on site as long as they are within 2m.
■Color
The pillars for indoor use are yellow to increase visibility, and the pillars for outdoor use are hot-dip galvanized for superior corrosion resistance.
■Applications
Ideal for production lines in factories, machinery equipment, boundaries between product storage areas and inspection aisles, etc.
