■Product overviewThis series realizes a precision measurement environment at the lowest running cost, focusing on 20℃-65% and 23℃-50%. The dew point saturation method, which adjusts humidity by spraying water on the air, differs from the normal environmental test chamber method (direct expansion style) in that it does not require a humidifier and uses proprietary technology to prevent overcooling and over-dehumidification, reducing humidity by up to 45%. This makes it possible to reduce electricity consumption (compared to our company).

■What is the dew point saturation method?- Adopts standard dew point saturation method.
・A water temperature heater is added to cover high temperature and high humidity areas.
・Humidity is controlled using a water temperature heater and water supply, excluding the refrigerator.
- Aim for lower humidity by adding a bypass to the air flow.

*This method may not be possible depending on the amount of heat generated indoors.

Features
■Energy savingBy not overcooling or over-dehumidifying, managing the water temperature with two-position (ON-OFF) control of the cooler, and not using a humidifier, electricity consumption can be reduced by up to 45%.

■Excellent temperature and humidity stabilityExtremely high temperature and humidity stability can be achieved by cooling using water, which has a large specific heat, as a medium, and by combining it with heater balance using PID control. Control of ±0.1℃ is also possible in combination with the system ceiling and floor.

■No problems with the humidifierHumidifier troubles, which were a common problem with humidity control, are now completely eliminated. By dehumidifying and humidifying at room temperature, there is very little scale formation and you can use tap water as is.

■Indoor air purificationAs the circulating air passes through the sprinkled water, dust in the air is removed, providing comfortable clean air.

■Less refrigerator troublesSince the chiller coil is located inside the water tank, the heat exchange rate with the water is high, and the load is stable, which extends the life of the chiller.
