About This Product

■Summary

- When transporting wastewater or sludge, the amount is adjusted and measured to a specified amount. ・By adjusting the height of the water surface inside the device and the degree of opening and closing of the valve, the transfer amount can be adjusted and measured using a weir type flow meter.

■Features

・It is lightweight, so transportation and construction can be done easily and quickly. -Made of FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), it has high tensile strength and excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and solvent resistance. ・Measuring tanks made of PVC (vinyl chloride) are also available. ・We also offer conventional sized FRP measuring tanks. ・You can freely set the shape, dimensions, connection size, presence or absence of a lid, etc., so you can match it to the amount of wastewater and purpose. ・Connection can be done with either socket or flange. ・Customization is possible according to the connecting pipe diameter, position change, and other specifications. ・It is also possible to manufacture only the scale plate. ・A pedestal (plastic support) is also available. - Comes with a handle, so you can adjust the flow rate without touching the dirty water.

■Applications

There are two main uses: flow metering tank and sludge metering tank.

■Flow rate measuring tank

The amount of sewage to be transferred from the flow rate adjustment tank is measured, and a fixed amount of sewage is returned to the aeration tank. The outflow side is equipped with a transfer volume measuring weir (V-notch plate + scale plate), and the inflow side is equipped with a return water volume adjustment weir, return piping, partition plate, etc. *When measuring the flow rate using a weir, please be aware that the return amount will vary depending on the shape and position of the weir plate. The weir plate should be a flat surface perpendicular to the inner surface for a few millimeters from the inside, and a constant slope on the outside. Especially on the inside corners, even slight roundness can cause errors. The weirs should be perpendicular to the channel flow and also vertical. It is also necessary to install a rectifier plate to regulate the flow near the weir.

■Sludge measuring tank

The amount of sludge returned from the settling tank can be measured. Since the amount of mud pumped can be controlled by adjusting the amount of air, there is no need to install return piping.
