About This Product

■Summary

An FRP overflow weir whose size and shape can be freely customized. The FRP main body is lightweight and strong, and is made from materials with good durability and workability. The V-notch has reinforcing ribs to increase its strength and minimize deformation caused by sunlight and outside temperature. A width adjustment is installed to keep the trough waterway at a constant width.

■Features

- A weir that allows supernatant water that has been precipitated and separated in a sedimentation tank (sedimentation chamber) to evenly overflow (outflow) through a V-notch. ・It is lightweight, so transportation and construction can be done easily and quickly. -Made of FRP (glass fiber reinforced plastic), it has high tensile strength and excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and solvent resistance. ・Overflow weirs made of PVC (vinyl chloride) are also available. - Shape, length, outlet (socket, flange, etc.), channel width, etc. can be set freely, so it can be matched to the frame size of the sedimentation tank. ・We also have a track record of producing separate assembly types such as octagons, hexagons, and circles. ・It is also possible to produce V-notch plates and movable weirs only. ・A pedestal (plastic support) is also available.
