■Compact design + energy savingIt is a compact unit with related equipment and a power control panel mounted on an integrated base, making installation easy, and its low output saves energy.

■Able to process oil-containing sludgeDue to its non-clogging structure, it is ideal for processing oil-containing sludge such as pressurized flotation floss in food factories.

■Possible to process low concentration sludgeBecause it has a structure that includes a thickening section and a dewatering section, it is possible to process not only thickened sludge, but also low-concentration sludge (approximately 0.5%), which was difficult with conventional dehydrators.

■Continuous automatic operation possibleAutomatic operation is possible with simple operations, and continuous operation is possible by using the optional polymer flocculant dissolving device.

■Low amount of washing waterDue to its non-clogging structure, there is no need for cleaning to recover from decreased capacity, and only a small shower ring is needed to clean the sludge that seeps out from the dewatering section.
