About This Product

■Product features

・Large main bearing moment rigidity: The main bearing moment rigidity is greater than that of a general full-unit type reducer (same size), so it is capable of receiving larger loads. ・High speed shaft bearing support ・Output shaft flange surface is flat ・High allowable moment: Built-in high-load angular contact ball bearings have a large distance between the bearing's application points, making it compact and capable of receiving large moment loads. ・High torque & compact: The unique toothless reduction structure (trochoidal tooth profile) is used in industrial robots and transport equipment around the world. Three smooth curved plates are arranged in a well-balanced manner, and multiple simultaneous engagements create a highly rigid and compact structure. ・Low noise: Low noise is achieved by adopting a new tooth profile. ・One-stage reduction mechanism: The DA series has a one-stage reduction mechanism, so it has a small number of parts and is excellent in cost performance. ・Increased design freedom: The output side flange surface is flat, increasing the design freedom of the connection surface with customer equipment and ensuring sealing performance.
