About This Product

■Product features

・Flat, compact ・Oil seal structure ・Shipped with lubricating grease ・Low backlash: Achieved stable low backlash with optimal load balance. ・Compact: The use of 3 curved plates distributes the load and makes it even more compact. ・High-speed shaft support type: Since the high-speed shaft is supported by bearings, it is possible to apply radial loads without adding any parts. ・Low vibration: 3 curved plates achieve optimal load balance. Its excellent stability has achieved low vibration. ・High rigidity: Rigidity has been improved by increasing the number of output extraction pins and distributing the load. ・High efficiency: The rolling contact mechanism and optimal load balance achieve high efficiency. ・Long life: The continuous curve tooth profile with a large number of simultaneous meshes is strong against impact, and the main reduction mechanism uses high carbon, high chromium bearing steel with excellent wear and fatigue resistance, resulting in a long life. ・Good maintainability: The output side flange and reduction part can be separated, making maintenance easy. ・Good integration: Grease is sealed, so it can be integrated into equipment as is.
