About This Product

Synonymous with reducers, boasting a long history and track record of delivery.

■Mechanism

Adopts a mechanism using an original circular arc type (trochoid type) gear. This achieves excellent impact resistance and high efficiency. Furthermore, it is possible to manufacture a wide range of reduction ratios from 6 to 119 ratios with one stage reduction, and it is compact.

■Product features

・Tooth profile that does not break: The curved plate that is the gear of the cyclo reducer has a unique smooth curve, unlike general involute gears. The internal gear also uses a unique arc tooth shape. Smooth rolling contact with no broken teeth creates a tough and long-life reducer. ・A wide range of variations: We offer a wide variety of capacities (0.1 to 132kW), reduction ratios (2.5 to 658,503), motor types (outdoor type, explosion-proof type, etc.), so you can choose the product that best suits your needs. - Compatible with SF (Service Factor): SF can be freely selected. It is possible to increase the size of the reducer frame only without increasing the motor capacity.

■Premium efficiency (IE3)

Due to motor efficiency regulations implemented in Japan from April 2015, three-phase induction motors have been changed to premium efficiency motors (Top Runner motors), excluding motors for 0.55kW or less, explosion-proof types, external ventilation type inverter motors, etc. Ta. Presto NEO gear motors are compatible with premium efficiency (IE3) motors
