About This Product

By changing the furnace material from brick to ceramic fiber and reducing the weight of the furnace, we have achieved environmentally friendly, low fuel consumption and quick firing. By changing the furnace material from conventional refractory bricks to fiber, weight reduction was achieved. In addition, fiber is resistant to sudden temperature changes, so it can handle rapid temperature rises and rapid cooling. Easy to adjust production volume and change firing temperature patterns. A "shuttle kiln" is a type of furnace in which a cart loaded with products is charged into the furnace and processed at a predetermined temperature.

・Achieves precise temperature control and uniform firing from approximately 100℃ to 2℃/h ・Achieves reproducibility of furnace atmosphere (oxygen concentration) ・We propose suitable combustion methods depending on the packaging and limited installation space. ・Achieves low fuel consumption and rapid firing by reducing the weight of component materials such as ceramic fibers
