About This Product

Can be fired in various atmospheres. "Roller hearth kiln" is a continuous furnace in which products are loaded on a roller conveyor and transported through the furnace. Since only the product is transported, quick firing is possible, and it is also energy efficient.

・Set up a degreasing zone ・Excellent heat uniformity in the furnace due to the arrangement of burners and precision control ・Compared to conventional tunnel kilns, processing time can be shortened by 1/10 to 1/20, allowing for rapid firing. - Full range of auxiliary equipment such as heat exchangers, re-combustion devices, automatic loading devices, etc.
