About This Product

■Uses uniquely developed furnace materials, contributing to reductions in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Precise temperature control possibleBy switching from our conventional product, we have a track record of reducing fuel consumption by 52.5% and CO2 emissions by 36.0%. (Conducted using the same firing curve as conventional firing furnaces. The reduction rate will vary depending on the customer's usage conditions.) As with conventional products, flexible heat treatment is possible using an in-house developed burner and temperature control system. It achieves precise temperature control at 2°C/h from a low temperature range of approximately 100°C, and can handle a maximum temperature of 1,600°C.
