■Direct heating rotary kiln

Refractories are lined inside the shell, and depending on the fire resistance of the refractories, it is possible to raise the temperature to over 2,000℃.

■External heating type rotary kiln

・Method of heating from the outside by installing refractories and a furnace on the outside of the retort ・Temperature can be raised up to 1,200℃ depending on the material of the retort ・For powder, granular materials, and materials that are not affected by combustion gas

■Batch type rotary kiln

・Method of opening the entrance and exit after putting raw materials inside ・It is possible to create a special atmosphere such as pressurization with gas or vacuum inside the retort. Purpose
