ReBorn is a new bag filter retainer that allows you to easily remove the filter cloth. Received the Excellence Award at the 35th Small and Medium Enterprise Excellence New Technology and New Product Awards. GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2022 Received the Good Design Award.

■StructureTwaron Trading's retainer ReBorn has a weld-free structure that uses carefully selected rust-free materials, so it will never rust. All connections have a "wedge structure" so they won't come off and are hard to break. Ancient Japanese earthquake resistance technology ensures that the retainer will not break and will continue to function for a long time. ReBorn consists of an inner bone line, an outer bone line, and a ring member.

Like the five-storied pagoda, the inner bone line (heart pillar) and outer bone line are not fixed with the same ring member. Therefore, the dust collector has a structure that will not break even if large shaking continues inside the dust collector.

■LightnessWeight only 4.2kg. The weight is 25% to 50% of conventional retainers, which greatly reduces work safety and the burden on equipment. Since the retainer is light, replacing the retainer, which requires work at heights, can be done more safely than before, reducing the burden on the operator. Additionally, the load on dust collection equipment used in units of hundreds can be significantly reduced.

■CompactLength when transported is 4.3m. A 10t truck (loading platform length of approximately 9m) can transport twice the amount of conventional cages. Temporary storage space such as a warehouse does not take up much space.
