Small once-through steam boiler. General industrial use

■Converted evaporation amount 1 ton/h For heating/drying- Water tube type small simple once-through boiler does not require a boiler engineer or installation notification (not covered by law)
・Equipped with economizer and cyclone

■Features・Can also use raw chip fuel: It is possible to burn chips with a moisture content of up to 100% d.b (moisture content of 50% w.b).
・Ignition method: No fossil fuel is used for ignition; manual ignition using paper, etc., or automatic ignition depending on the fuel, is possible.
・Control technology to maintain optimal combustion conditions: Measures many parameters such as combustion temperature and exhaust gas oxygen concentration, and precisely controls fuel feed rate and combustion air amount to always operate in optimal combustion conditions.
・Continuous control method according to load: Output is linearly controlled between 100% and 30% of rated output according to load.
・Small once-through steam boiler: The boiler consists of one combustion furnace and a steam generation section, and as a small boiler, no special qualifications or inspections are required.
- Equipped with safety devices such as flashback prevention devices: If a flashback occurs in the fuel conveyance path, an emergency stop and emergency warning system will be activated, and the flashback prevention device will separate the combustion furnace from the fuel storage area. It also sends fire extinguishing water to extinguish backfires.
・Automatic ash removal device: Combustion ash is automatically sent to the ash receiving box by a screw conveyor using the automatic ash removal device.
