■ Tomoe's biomass boiler (non-pressure hot water generator) equipped with advanced combustion control technology, the UTSR visio series, produces woody raw materials with a moisture content of 100% (maximum 120%) (dry weight basis) without an external pre-drying process. Chips can be directly burned and converted into hot water. (The main body is made by Schmid, Switzerland)・Energy-saving operation with continuous combustion proportional control

・Complete gasification and combustion with unique combustion furnace structure

■You can use inexpensive raw chips.By turning wood cut from the surrounding forests into chips and using the raw chips as fuel, it is possible to create a hot water generation system at a low cost.

■Equipped with combustion technology that completely burns raw chipsA unique air-cooled movable grate evaporates moisture using the heat inside the combustion furnace, resulting in gasification and combustion.

■Control technology to maintain optimal combustion conditionsIt measures can water temperature, combustion chamber temperature, exhaust gas oxygen concentration, furnace pressure, etc., and linearly controls fuel feed rate and combustion air rate to maintain optimal combustion. The pilot flame maintenance mode allows for 24-hour operation.

■Energy saving with turndown ratio of 30%The output control range is 100-30%, and the boiler down time is extremely short, resulting in energy savings.

■Equipped with anti-pollution function and automatic smoke pipe cleaning deviceThe optimized combustion system and exhaust gas purification device (multi-cyclone) reduce the amount of soot and harmful substances in the exhaust gas. In addition, the smoke pipe is cleaned regularly using an automatic smoke pipe cleaning mechanism that uses compressed air.

■Simple appearance and excellent insulation propertiesIt has a simple structure with a built-in combustion furnace, boiler heat exchange section, and multi-cyclone. What's more, it retains heat with 100mm of natural material insulation and prevents heat radiation.

■No need for boiler inspection or qualification/licenseSince it is a pressureless hot water generator, there is no need for a boiler usage inspection, notification to the Labor Standards Inspection Office, or qualifications for the operator.

■Equipped with a wide range of safety devicesNot only does it prevent the boiler from running dry, it prevents it from overheating, but even in the unlikely event that a backfire occurs in the fuel conveyance path, the fire extinguishing device will self-extinguish the fire. The combustion chamber is always maintained at negative pressure to prevent combustion gas from leaking outside the boiler.
