About This Product

Device Reef, which was developed to support the management and operation of the Coral Edge series, is a cloud service that allows you to manage and operate devices installed at multiple locations and remote locations without having to go directly to the site. It can be used regardless of the SIM carrier you use. We also provide complete security. Since it is available at a low price, the burden of on-site services can be significantly reduced. Work that was previously done on-site can now be performed remotely. Outdoor monitoring systems that use mobile communications are prone to various failures and malfunctions. In the event of such an emergency, the difficult work of going to the site, restoring the equipment, acquiring logs, and conducting an investigation is required. Additionally, if it takes a long time to move, the logs will be updated, which could lead to a situation where you will not be able to obtain records at the time of a failure. By using Device Reef, you can remotely obtain system logs in the event of a failure and isolate the problem. You can also control the power supply of peripheral devices, update firmware and settings, and distribute and update software. Alive monitoring, failure checking, and software management can be performed without any problems. Alive monitoring is achieved by using the polling function. In constant connection mode, immediate control is possible by using the long polling function. The polling function periodically sends a minimum number of packets to the Device Reef server to monitor the status of the device. If polling packet fragmentation is detected, a notification is sent to the administrator, and the status of the device can be checked remotely.
