About This Product

Highly waterproof resin cable gland with protection class IP68 (waterproof to a depth of 10 meters for 30 minutes). The rubber bushing is thick and holds the cable with uniform force, providing stable waterproof performance even after repeated tightening. The cap/connector body is made of PA6GF (contains polyamide 6 glass fiber), so it has excellent strength and heat resistance. This is a halogen-free product that is environmentally friendly.

・Lineup: Thread size M8 to M50, compatible cable diameter φ2.5mm to φ42mm, total 15 sizes ・Color type: 2 colors: light gray and black ・Protection grade: IP68 1bar/30min (waterproofing equivalent to 30 minutes at a depth of 10m) ・Operating temperature range: -20℃~+100℃ ・Compliant with EN50262 Var.A

・Cap/Connector body = Polyamide with glass fiber (PA6GF) ・Nut = Polyamide (PA6) ・Rubber bush = TPE

■AG series

The AG series has thick rubber bushings and a large contact surface with the cable, so it holds the cable with uniform force. Demonstrates stable and high waterproof performance even after repeated tightening. ・Tightening torque varies depending on the cable diameter. Tighten until the rubber bushing is slightly visible. - There is a water stop rib on the back side of the pedestal, so if the other side is flat, the optional rubber gasket is not required. - If the other side is a painted or cast product with large irregularities, or if it is installed on a tapered part of an injection molded product, please use the optional rubber packing AGP series.
