About This Product

Waterproof and dustproof aluminum die-cast boxes are not only waterproof, but also have excellent strength, durability, and heat dissipation. Suitable for use in harsher environments such as FA control, chemical plants, and outdoor installations.

This is an aluminum die-cast box with high waterproofness of IP67 and excellent impact resistance. We use powder coating, which is environmentally friendly and has excellent weather resistance and coating hardness. The untreated N type has conductivity inside, so it can be used as a casing with a shielding effect.

Also, since it is made entirely of aluminum, it has excellent heat dissipation effects. Can be used for plant control boxes, seismometers, environmental measuring instruments, terminal relay boxes, etc.

■Features・The BDN series has 16 models in total, with 8 sizes and 2 types: light gray and untreated.
- Light gray paint uses powder coating that is environmentally friendly and has excellent weather resistance and coating hardness.
・Achieved high waterproof and dustproof performance of IP67 by using an O-ring gasket.
- Made of aluminum die-casting, it has excellent impact resistance.
・The untreated N type has conductivity inside, so it can be used as a shield box.
- The top cover screw mounting part has a structure to prevent the screw from falling, so please screw it in first.
