About This Product

FALA filter bags ensure liquid filtration, and through strict quality control standards, we can provide the optimal bag from a variety of filter media, micron rates, shapes, and sizes.

◾️FALA filter bags are manufactured from highly accurate and highly efficient filter media with the following three types of structures and fiber materials.
・Monofilament mesh (NMO series)
・Needle felt
・Meltblown nonwoven fabric

FALA oil-absorbing filter bags are made from a three-layer polypropylene material consisting of a meltblown fiber layer and an inner and outer protective layer. Oil adsorption filter bags are used to remove oil contained in liquids, and are effective against water, ink, paints (including electrodeposition paints), and other process fluids. All oleaginous bags are also silicone-free, available in a wide range and compatible with almost all industrial standard filter bags.

KOS-16 series oil absorption bags are effective for removing various oils, but are especially useful for solving oil problems during processes.

Note) The micron numbers below are the micron numbers of the outer protective layer and do not indicate the filtration accuracy of the entire bag.
The KOS-16 series is available in sizes from 1 to 100 microns (outer protective layer).

Ideal for systems that must be continuously oil-free, such as electroplating lines.
