About This Product

FALA filter bags ensure liquid filtration, and through strict quality control standards, we can provide the optimal bag from a variety of filter media, micron rates, shapes, and sizes.

◾️FALA filter bags are manufactured from highly accurate and highly efficient filter media with the following three types of structures and fiber materials.
・Monofilament mesh (NMO series)
・Needle felt
・Meltblown nonwoven fabric

◾️Filter bag structure and performance
・Ready-to-use design
FALA ring type filter bag does not require you to turn the bag inside out when using it.
The design of the inside of the bag is sewn to prevent bag fibers from escaping and getting mixed into the filtrate.
・Bag larger than basket size
A bag that is larger than the ring diameter and longer than the basket will not put tension on the bag sewing part during filtration, preventing the bag from tearing. It also reliably prevents bypass through the sewn part.
・Ring type bag without bypass
We have solved the bypass problem by using a special sewing technique that does not create a step by folding the felt around the ring.

◾️Nominal filtration accuracy
Nominal filtration accuracy refers to the typical particle size, which corresponds to the screen size of, for example, nylon mesh filter media.
The highest collection efficiency of nylon mesh filters is said to be approximately 80%. Therefore, if higher collection efficiency is required, we recommend a smaller number of microns (for example, 25 microns) instead of 50 to 80 microns.

◾️Long-life deep filtration
FALA depth filter bags are made of 3D needle felt filter media with a thicker and highly porous structure, providing high flow rate, high particle retention capacity, and high collection efficiency. In other words, it has a longer lifespan than regular felt bags.

◾️Surface filtration
FALA's monofilament mesh filter media for surface filtration is heat-fused at all intersections of single fibers to prevent opening during filtration. In addition, monofilament mesh filter media does not have fibers falling out, and is mainly used for industrial applications in the 15-800 micron range.
Polyester and polypropylene monofilament meshes are also available on a limited basis.
