■Get processing position from model

Since the 3D solid model created at the design stage is directly utilized, there is no need to input coordinate values ​​for the machining position.

■Positioning (workpiece) and centering (workpiece and electrode)

Since the centering measurement point is determined using a 3D solid model, there are no errors in inputting coordinate values. It is especially effective in machining processes using multiple electrodes using ATC.

■Suitable for various processing methods

With one electrode, you can perform multiple processes (roughing, semi-finishing, finishing) and pitch machining, which involves moving an electrode with multiple discharge points. ・Multi-step electrode ・Pitch processing

■Optimal processing conditions

Used in conjunction with a 3D solid model or workpiece shape based on STL data output from a cutting simulation, the discharge projected area for each machining depth is calculated and the optimal machining conditions are searched.

■Electrode size correction

Corrects dimensional errors in electrodes that occur during electrode manufacturing. Dimensional errors in the X direction, Y direction, and depth direction can be corrected for each electrode.

■NC program

・Create an NC program that includes everything from workpiece positioning to electrode centering and machining. ■Additional processing

Create an NC program for follow-up machining based on the measurement results after machining.

■Compatible with automated systems

By combining with ATC / APC / 3D measuring instrument / Mr. Sodick (machining process scheduler), we support the construction of automated systems.
