Features
■Various options for long-term continuous operation- Equipped as standard with the automatic electrode feeder "AEF: Automatic Electrode Feeder", which has been improved over many years, and enables unattended electrode feeding.
・In addition, by developing a new automatic AEF changing device "AEF-C: Automatic Electrode Feeder – Changer" (optional), it is now possible to continuously process thousands of holes and process holes with different diameters.
・A variety of optional equipment is available to suit your processing needs, including a rotary table (AB axis), ATC (automatic electrode changer), LGC (automatic lower guide changer), and a touch probe for desktop measurement. I'm doing it.

■“Penetration detection function” enables automation and time saving of processing・K4HL is equipped with a penetration detection function as standard. It automatically detects penetration of a hollow workpiece such as a turbine blade and stops machining, which prevents unnecessary machining after penetration and eliminates unnecessary machining feed, reducing machining time. is.
・Ion-exchanged water (pure water) is used as the machining fluid, and it is compatible with jet flow specifications (spraying with a nozzle) as standard.

・The automatic programming software "LN Assist" supports program creation with easy operation using an interactive input method. Continuous machining of multiple holes, including the operation of optional equipment such as AEF-C, ATC, and LGC, can be easily programmed.
