・Entry model of linear motor drive wire electrical discharge machine

Features
■4-axis linear motor drive・High-performance linear motors developed and manufactured in-house are used for the 4 axes of XYUV. Accurate axis movement without backlash, which was considered impossible with conventional drive systems (ball screw systems), is maintained semi-permanently.
・High response and high followability, which are features of linear motors, provide accurate position control and excellent discharge characteristics during machining.

■Higher standard performance- All of Sodick's cutting-edge technologies, such as a tension servo function, automatic wire connection device, precision thermal displacement correction function, automatic response function to changes in processed plate thickness, and a ceramic stand, are included as standard.
・In addition, the processing support system "Heart-NC" has a simple program creation function that allows even beginners to easily process various shapes.

■Improve speed & reduce power consumption- Equipped with the new "LN3W/LP3W power supply", achieving a 5-15% improvement in floating processing speed compared to conventional models.
・Also, by monitoring the flow rate of machining fluid and operating the pump appropriately according to the flow rate, excess energy is suppressed, reducing power consumption by 20% compared to conventional models.
