■Ultra-precision premium specifications pursue thoroughgoing high precision・We have pursued ultra-high precision in machine processing, assembly, and adjustment. In addition, high rigidity has been achieved by using an ultra-high precision roller guide.
・In addition to being equipped with a CFRP door as standard, we have thoroughly pursued accuracy in all factors that affect processing accuracy, including temperature control using a high-performance inverter cooler.

■Improved processing speed- Adopts newly developed Digital HF control.
- By constantly digitally monitoring the status during wire machining and maintaining the optimal discharge condition, it is possible to simultaneously improve machining speed and machining accuracy.
・By constantly monitoring the discharge status during machining, stable machining can be performed at all times, even if there are changes in water quality or plate thickness.
・Also, no sagging occurs at the corners.

■Reducing wire consumption and power consumption・The wire rotation mechanism (i-groove) can always perform finishing processing with a non-consumable wire surface, allowing uniform processing from the top surface to the bottom surface of the workpiece.
・While reducing streaks and unevenness during finishing processing of thick plates, it also reduces wire consumption.
・In addition, a newly developed energy-saving pump system has been adopted for the service tank, reducing power consumption.
