About This Product
Ideal for measuring minute displacements on the submicron order, thin film measurements, fine powder concentrations, and component changes. In combination with an electrode equipped with a guard electrode, extremely reliable measurements are achieved. Zero adjustment resolution has been significantly increased from 1/1,000 to 1/4,000.
