About This Product

Transcend's MTE730P is an M.2 22110 SSD with power failure protection. In the event of an unexpected power outage, the capacitor supplies power to the controller and DRAM cache, improving data integrity and storage reliability. High-speed transfer is achieved by combining 112-layer 3DNAND flash, PCIeGen4x4 interface, and 8-channel controller. In addition, the built-in DRAM cache speeds up random read/write and improves drive durability. In addition, reliability is enhanced with 30μ" thick gold terminals, corner bonds, and sulfur-resistant chip resistors, and rigorous tests have confirmed that it operates stably in the -40℃~85℃ temperature range.
