This is a lightweight and stylish signboard that is perfect for stores targeting women, such as hair salons, cafes, and shops. We use a completely in-house integrated system from design to manufacturing and packaging of signboards. This "Simple Sign Easy" type achieves surprisingly low cost while retaining the beautiful cutout process that is characteristic of Simple Signs. Even though it is a large size with a width of 1,950 mm, it weighs approximately 5 kg and is extremely lightweight, so it does not place any unnecessary burden on stores or buildings.

The board surface is made of aluminum composite board, a material commonly used in the sign industry for outdoor flat signs, resulting in an extremely lightweight finish. The surface is printed using a large inkjet printer for signboards with UV protection lamination processing, and even complex designs can be reproduced with high resolution. Even if the size or type of frame changes, all of them have a lightweight finish, allowing you to install stylish and highly original signboards with a minimum number of craftsmen, and keep construction costs low.
◼︎A 25mm resin frame is wrapped around the side. The thickness of the signboard gives it a solid feel.
The secret to its light weight is that the signboard material ``aluminum composite board'' is thin at 3mm thick, but by wrapping a 25mm wide resin frame around the sides, the signboard becomes thicker. It has a three-dimensional feel that stands out from the wall, which cannot be achieved with a flat signboard, giving it a different sense of luxury and solidity.
◼︎The unique installation method "aluminum hanger" minimizes the number of people and man-hours required for installation work.
Installation is completed by first installing the "hanger base" that attaches to the wall, hooking the hook of the paired aluminum hanger on the back of the sign onto the hanger base, and securing it with screws from below the hook. Even if the size is large, there is no need to use a crane to pull it up, and positioning and fixing can be done with a minimum of man-hours and personnel.
◼︎Achieved high quality and high weather resistance with EPSON large-format printer, domestically produced PVC sheet, and UV protection lamination.
To output the design on the signboard surface, we use an EPSON large-format inkjet printer for signs and displays, which has ultra-high image quality, wide color gamut, and vivid color expression. It has high accuracy and good color reproduction, and can reproduce even complex design data. The PVC sheets used for printing and sheets for laminating are selected from domestically produced products with high outdoor weather resistance, and have an extremely high UV protection rate to prevent ink from fading due to UV rays and maintain the beauty of the design for a long time.
