About This Product

■Nex Flow™ Air Blade

Air blades significantly reduce compressor air volume and noise Nex Flow™ air blades significantly reduce compressor air consumption and noise compared to other blow products. Air blades provide a compact and efficient means of cooling, drying, and removing foreign objects. Air blades use the Coanda effect to amplify the surrounding air with a small amount of compressed air, converting energy that would normally be lost due to pressure drop or noise into a useful flow.

■Features of Air Blade

The body is made of coated aluminum. The top cover is hard coated. Stainless steel models are also available for high temperature, corrosive applications. The compact design has multiple suction ports at the rear and additional mounting holes at the rear. It's also simple, light and easy to carry. It achieves an air amplification factor of approximately 30 times compared to the 3 times amplification factor of perforated pipes, open jets, or tubes. Only air is used. There are no moving parts, so it can be easily turned on and off, and it is safe and does not require electricity.

■Advantages of air blades

It is designed to last longer than other products in harsh environments. Flexible mounting options make it easy to install even in tight spaces. Compressor air saves about 90% of energy and reduces noise by about 10dba. Easy output control, maintenance free, and safe.

■Types of air blades

Nex Flow™'s air blade standard, stainless steel system, is easy to install and maintain, reducing compressor air consumption and noise levels. The Nex Flow™ airblade Xstream is clean, compact, and available in stainless steel, hard anodized aluminum, and gold-plated materials. The air blade system creates a laminar flow of air along its length, entraining the surrounding air due to the Coanda effect, and a small amount of compressed air is amplified approximately 30 times as it passes through the air blades.

■Uses of air blades

Used in place of perforated pipes and multiple nozzles for foreign matter removal, drying, and cooling applications.
