About This Product

■Nex Flow™ Air Amplifier

The Nex Flow™ air amplifier is a simple, maintenance-free, and inexpensive device. It can convey steam, smoke, and light materials, and can be applied to cooling, blowing, and drying equipment. This device utilizes the Coanda effect and takes in as much ambient air as possible with only a small amount of compressed air. The effect is that airflow pulsation is reduced and amplified by up to 17 times or more (depending on size). Only compressed air is used, and air output flow and suction can be easily controlled by adjusting the nozzle gap and air pressure. Both ends of the air amplifier carry fresh air and remove unpleasant fumes.

■Features of air amplifier

There are no moving parts. Compact and simple. Light and easy to carry. It uses only air, no electricity. Instead of a fan, it is used for blowing cleaning, drying, cooling, and conveyance purposes.

■Advantages of air amplifiers

It is more resistant to difficult environments than other products and has a long lifespan. Consumes less compressor air than ejector or venturi. Easy output control and maintenance free. It's safe.

■Advantages of air amplifiers over fans

Compact and simple. Light and easy to carry. It is safe and uses only air, no electricity. No moving parts, safer and maintenance free. For light transport applications, both ends can be dusted.

■Types of air amplifiers

Standard fixed air amplifiers are made of die-cast zinc, making them sturdier and offering better performance than other patented products with similar applications. You can adjust the nozzle gap by using shims. Available in 5 sizes. Variable air amplifiers are available in anodized aluminum and stainless steel for high temperature and food applications. By using the lock ring, the nozzle gap can be adjusted and fixed. Available in 3 sizes.

■Uses of air amplifiers

Instead of a fan, it is used for removing foreign matter, drying, cooling, and conveying.
