About This Product

■Nex Flow™ Air Wipe Blow Off System - Ring Blade™

Nex Flow™ Air Wipe Blow Off System - Ring-Blade™ is easy to install and maintain, and is effective in reducing compressor air consumption and noise. This product uses the Coanda effect to amplify air from the surrounding area with a small amount of compressed air, creating a 360° laminar flow of air. It reaches 30 times the original compressor flow rate. Nex Flow™ Air Wipe Blow-off System - Ring-Blade™ can reduce compressor air consumption by 2-3 weeks compared to nozzle-like rings or simple annular slots utilized in other air wipe systems. It will be proven. It is used to cool items such as pipes, wires, and hoses, and to remove foreign objects. Compressor air enters the annular chamber from point (A) and passes through a small annular nozzle where it is compressed and brought to high velocity. This air flow is formed into a conical shape that is ideal for blow cleaning all around, and the air flow is drawn to the surface of the target object due to the Coanda effect, drying and cleaning the surface. Ambient air is entrained at point (B), creating a 360° cone of airflow where the flow is amplified (up to 30x) at point (C). It then sprays the material evenly as it is being conveyed through the ring blade. Moisture and dust (D) are blown away upstream.

■Features of Air Wipe

Constructed from anodized aluminum for long life. It is designed to be split into two parts to make it easier to pass products through. Uses the Coanda effect to amplify compressed air. There are no moving parts, so it can be easily turned on and off, and it is safe and does not require electricity.
