About This Product

Dehumidifying dryer without desiccant (CARD series) Energy saving/ECO design Features

■Energy saving

A unique drying system that uses compressed air helps reduce electricity costs.

■No need for water

・No cooling water required even for large machines ・Drying temperature can range from room temperature to 200℃

■Small space

- Compact design allows installation anywhere ・Moreover, it can be moved as long as there is air and power.

・The hopper has a special insulation structure made of stainless steel, so it can dry at temperatures up to 200℃. ・Unique hopper structure allows for extremely stable drying

■Configuration

Compressed air becomes extremely dry air by reducing the pressure. Highly efficient dehumidification and drying can be performed simply by raising the temperature of this drying air. The energy required for drying is provided by the heater, and a regeneration circuit is not required, resulting in a simple and lightweight dryer.
